How To Use-
Gently apply Eye Shadow Base to the entire eyelid.

My Experience:-
This is the first eye shadow base I have ever purchased. It comes in a tub packaging. The main idea of a white eyeshadow base is to make colors ‘pop’ even more than they would on a skin tone or clear eye shadow base. This was the only reasons why I chose this color. It has a kind of baby product type of smell which personally do not bother me. Texture of this is quite dry and thick in comparison to MAC paint pots and Maybelline Color Tattoos ones. Less is more while using this product. It dries very fast so you have to blend this fast after application otherwise it can give a patchy look. It has shimmer in it but its very subtle. And the eye shadows stay in place for 4-5 hrs without creasing, and it does intensify the color of the eye shadow a lot.
